Member Service Agreement

【The first part and introduction】

Welcome to use the membership value-added service of Voice Genius!

In order to use the membership service (referred to as this service) of Voice Genius (referred to as this software), you should read and abide by the "Member Service Agreement" (referred to as this Agreement). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the corresponding clauses of exemption or limitation of liability, as well as the separate agreement for opening or using a certain service, and choose to accept or not. Exclusions or limitations of liability clauses may be in bold to remind you.

You have no right to use the service unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Any purchase or acceptance of this service by you, as well as any use of this service, such as logging in or viewing, is deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

1. 【Scope of Agreement】

1.1 [Scope of application of the agreement]

This agreement is an agreement between you and Voice Genius regarding your use of this service.

1.2 [Content of this service]

The content of this agreement also includes relevant agreements, business rules, and other content about the service that may be continuously released by Voice Genius. Once the above content is officially released, it is an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by it.

2. [About this service]

Value-added services for members of Voice Genius, which means that after paying a certain service fee according to the method specified by Sound Effect Master Voice Changer, users can enjoy privileged services in Sound Effect Master Voice Changer products, games, life, etc. provided by Sound Effect Master Voice Changer or a third party, referred to as this service.

The specific content of this service is provided by the software according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorized users to log in through their accounts, online games, chat, sharing on social platforms, recharging, choosing or giving up mailing of physical objects, consumption using points, etc. The software can change the services it provides, and the content of the services provided by the software may change at any time; users will receive notifications from the software about service changes.

3. Rights and obligations

3.1 [Service Activation]

You should activate this service through the official activation channel provided by Voice Genius.

You may not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:

(1) Activate this service for yourself or others for non-personal purposes such as profit and business operation;

(2) Activate this service for yourself or others through any program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen swiping software, etc.;

(3) Activate this service for yourself or others through any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith;

(4) Activate the service for yourself or others through a method not specified by the voice changer;

(5) Activate this service for yourself or others by infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of Audio Master Voice Changer or others;

(6) Activate the service for yourself or others through other methods that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national policies.

3.2 【Code of Conduct】

3.2.1 [Five Prohibitions]

When using this service, you may not use this service to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to:

(1) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, and insults, defamation, obscenity, and violence;

(2) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on other people's legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;

(4) Publish, transmit, and disseminate advertising information and spam;

(5) Engage in other acts that violate laws and regulations, policies, public order, good customs, and social morality.

3.2.2 [Prohibited actions by users]

This service is for your personal use only unless with the written permission of Voice Genius, you are not allowed to do the following:

(1) Collect user names, emails, and other relevant information of other users in the service by any means, and interfere and harass other users by sending spam, chain mail, spam text messages, instant messages, etc.;

(2) Publish information including advertisements, publicity, promotions, etc. through this service;

(3) Re-license this service to others;

(4) Other acts without the written permission of the Voice Genius.

3.2.3 [Responsibility for one's own actions]

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your account, including but not limited to any actions you use the Voice Master voice changer service and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service, and bear all the risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from the reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicability of the content.

3.3【Change, Suspension or Termination of Service】

You fully understand and agree that due to the particularity of Internet services, Voice Genius may suspend or terminate the provision of this service to you in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, mutual agreement, or other necessary situations. At that time, Sound Effect Master Voice Changer will protect you according to law legal rights.

4. [Liability for breach of contract]

4.1 If Audio Master Voice Changer discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated this agreement, Audio Master Voice Changer has the right to make independent judgments in accordance with the law and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect relevant information. At the same time, Sound Effect Master Voice Changer has the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service, suspending or terminating your use of Sound Effect Master Voice Changer, and pursuing your legal responsibility, depending on the nature of your behavior. Master Voice Changer does not need to refund any fees to you, and the losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of relevant data, unused service fees as liquidated damages belong to Sound Effect Master Voice Changer, etc.), You are responsible for the loss of the sound effect master voice changer, and you should also compensate for it.

4.2 [Handling of damages to third parties]

If you violate any act of this agreement and cause any damage to a third party, you shall be solely responsible for it; if Voice Genius suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for it.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination of services

5.1 The suspension or termination of this service includes the following circumstances:

The user voluntarily suspends or terminates, including but not limited to initiating a refund, failing to renew when it expires, etc.;

Due to the user's breach of contract, the Voice Genius suspends or terminates the service;

Due to the requirements of the state or relevant departments or the occurrence of force majeure events, the sound effect master voice changer suspends or terminates the service;

Others that should or need to suspend or terminate the service in accordance with laws and regulations or the business adjustment of the Voice Genius

5.2 After the service is suspended or terminated, Voice Genius has the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive special reminders or notices. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service, you can consult our online customer service.

5.3 Processing after suspension or termination:

5.3.1 Except for the responsibilities stipulated by law, Voice Genius shall not be liable to the user or any third party for the suspension or termination of the service;

5.3.2 Fees for services performed are non-refundable;

5.3.3 For ongoing platform transactions, Voice Genius will make a reasonable judgment based on the situation, whether to continue or terminate the relevant transaction, and decide whether to refund or deduct relevant fees as liquidated damages according to the situation;

5.4 If the voice changer of the sound effect master changes the service content, service method, and the content of this agreement in accordance with the provisions of this agreement if the member does not agree with the change of the sound effect master voice changer, he has the right to choose to cancel and stop using all or part of the corresponding services that have been obtained; If the member continues to use the above-mentioned services provided by the Voice Genius, it is deemed that the member has accepted the above-mentioned adjustments of the sound effect master voice changer.

5.5 You agree that, due to the particularity of Internet services, Voice Genius has the right to modify, change, interrupt, or terminate some or all of the services, or change, delete, transfer the content stored and published by users on Sound Effect Master Voice Changer based on legal reasons, collectively, the "Changed Conduct". Voice Genius reserves the right to adapt the aforementioned changes without notifying you, and you agree that the service provided in accordance with any provision of these Terms of Service may be changed, interrupted, or terminated without prior notice. And you agree that Voice Genius does not need to be liable to you or any third party for any loss caused by the change.

6. [Other]

6.1 【Enforcement of the Agreement】

Your use of this service is deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

6.2 【Applicable laws】

The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

6.3 【Dispute resolution】

If there is any dispute or dispute between you and the Voice Genius, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.

6.4 [Term title]

The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for the convenience of reading only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.

6.5 [Effect of Terms]

Regardless of the reasons for which some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
